      Danny Abrams purchased a service mark to claim exclusive rights to use the words 'Bristol Corners'.  Danny used his own name and street address on the application.  Danny is now spending thousands of BCHOA assessment dollars to sue a property owner for using the words 'Bristol Corners', and for being critical of BHOA.
